CLAUSE 1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hiu88" / "Platform" — the online betting and gaming service operated at hiu88.bet, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated APIs.
• "Member" / "User" / "you" — any individual who has registered a verified account on the hiu88 platform.
• "Account" — a unique, personal user profile registered on hiu88, linked to a verified identity and a single IDR wallet.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — the IDR funds held within a Member's hiu88 account, including any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Member on a sportsbook market, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other gaming product offered on hiu88.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by hiu88 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by hiu88 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to hiu88 is blocked or legally restricted.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive transaction currency of the hiu88 platform.

CLAUSE 2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, guests, and registered Members of hiu88. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by placing your first wager, or by making your first deposit — whichever occurs first — you enter into a binding agreement with hiu88 on the basis of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with hiu88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hiu88.

CLAUSE 3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the hiu88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to a court order that restricts you from gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an hiu88 employee, in which case separate internal rules apply.
• You are accessing hiu88 from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law binding upon you. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

hiu88 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe will be suspended pending resolution.

CLAUSE 4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold exactly one (1) hiu88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your legal full name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number (used for account verification and security notifications).
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A chosen username and a secure password meeting hiu88's minimum password-complexity requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. hiu88 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any wager placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have formally notified hiu88 of a security breach before that action occurred.

CLAUSE 5 Deposits

All deposits on hiu88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hiu88 accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP.
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, however deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced verification procedures. Deposits are credited to your account balance within approximately 60 seconds of payment confirmation. hiu88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank system downtime.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. hiu88 reserves the right to return funds to their source and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

hiu88 does not accept deposits made from credit cards, loans, or any form of borrowed funds. By depositing, you confirm that all funds used are from legitimate personal sources and that you are depositing for entertainment purposes only.

CLAUSE 6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on hiu88 are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. This anti-money-laundering control is applied consistently and without exception. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

Processing times are as follows:

• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed from 07:00 WIB the following day.
• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically under 5 minutes, subject to the e-wallet provider's processing capacity.

Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending document submission. hiu88 will notify the Member by email or live chat when documentation is required. hiu88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within a 30-day rolling period.

CLAUSE 7 Bonuses & Promotions

hiu88 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms displayed at the point of offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all hiu88 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement of 5x the bonus amount unless a different rollover is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets that are explicitly included in the promotion. Certain game categories (e.g., low-margin sportsbook markets, specific live casino titles) may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless hiu88 explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• hiu88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, decline to award a promotion, or recalculate a bonus balance if it determines that a Member has acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — including, but not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day — are subject to the same general rules above plus any specific conditions published with each campaign.

CLAUSE 8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on hiu88 are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the details of any wager — including selection, market, stake, and odds — before confirming. hiu88 will not reverse or amend a confirmed wager except in the circumstances described below.

hiu88 reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:

• The wager was placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• The underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or abandoned.
• The wager involves a market that was offered in error or was not intended to be made available.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider information relating to the event wagered on.

Specific rules for individual product verticals — including sportsbook (pre-match and in-play), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), togel draw markets, bandar bola (Indonesian-style ball betting), and mix parlay (accumulator parlay) bets — are published in the relevant product help section and form part of these Terms by reference.

Maximum payout limits per single wager and per day apply across all product verticals. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and are subject to change at hiu88's discretion.

CLAUSE 9 Responsible Gaming

hiu88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for adult entertainment. The following tools are available to all Members from the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of your current session activity, including net win/loss, time elapsed, and wager count.

CLAUSE 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiu88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit platform functionality.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy that exploits bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or funds sourced from third parties without their knowledge.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the hiu88 platform or infrastructure.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback dispute with a payment provider while funds are still active within the hiu88 platform. All chargeback amounts plus associated costs will be recovered from the Member's account balance.
• Accessing hiu88 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law and where hiu88 has published a notice blocking access from that jurisdiction.

CLAUSE 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hiu88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the hiu88 platform, regardless of whether hiu88 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party payment-processor downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from a Member's own failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from the use of shared or compromised credentials.
• Differences in displayed odds caused by data feed latency during live in-play events, where a wager is accepted in good faith at the displayed price.

hiu88's total aggregate liability to any single Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to hiu88 in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hiu88's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by hiu88's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

CLAUSE 12 Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute regarding a wager outcome, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other platform-related matter, you must contact the hiu88 Customer Support team in the first instance. hiu88 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex disputes may require up to 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hiu88 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Members located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to change and that they are solely responsible for ensuring their continued compliance with applicable local laws.

CLAUSE 13 Amendments

hiu88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — defined as any modification that affects Member rights, payout procedures, or eligibility criteria — hiu88 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice via a notice on the hiu88 platform and, where possible, by email to the registered account address.

Your continued use of the hiu88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

The version of these Terms published at https://hiu88.bet/terms-conditions at any given time is the current, binding version. Older versions are archived and available upon written request to hiu88 support.
